Estonia learns from Nordic chefs 15.01.2013

Heidy’s coach in the European round and in the finals is Ragnar Omarsson from Iceland, a two-time finalist of Bocuse d’Or and veteran participant at culinary contests himself.

The chef of Domo restaurant in Reykjavik has been a member of the Icelandic national culinary team for years and achieved several high awards in international competitions for chefs. Heidy’s sous chef also comes from Iceland- the young and talented Ari Gunnarsson. The team’s collaboration is based on shared culinary values, love of Nordic cuisine, passion for culinary arts and great dedication.
